Treat and manage any common pregnancy symptoms such as constipation, heartburns, nausea, fatigue, insomnia and more.

You will have tools to manage anything that pregnancy and motherhood throws your way; from what to eat, to supplements, to exercise and stress management. Through effective and actionable tools, you'll learn how to care for yourself without the added stress and overwhelm.

Pregnancy is a delicate time and each trimester presents a different demand and need. You'll learn how to nourish yourself and your baby with essential nutrients, whole foods and quality supplements that will help your baby build solid bones, a strong immunity, healthy tissue and organs.

We will work together to plan your postpartum so you're held and supported in the early days and beyond. This might look like planning your meals, which supplements to take, hiring help or asking family, being clear of your needs and expectations or booking sessions with health care professionals and more.

Tune into your motherly intuition, acknowledge this unique time in your life, give yourself permission to slow down and rest.

Motherhood requires adjustment and it can take some resistance until we understand that our body is asking us for a change. This program will allow you the time and space to explore these changes, learn to adapt and create a toolbox that will have an immense effect on your health and wellbeing. â€‹â€‹

  • 1 initial consultation

  • 2 follow up sessions

  • Unlimited email support and guidance

  • Readings and interpretation of blood work (NHS)

  • Referrals to necessary blood work if needed and other trusted health care professionals

  • Manage any pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, constipation, fatigue, anemia, insomnia, muscle pain, gestational diabetes and more

  • Recommendations of quality pre-natals and additional supplements according to your specific needs and your diet.

  • A bespoke personalised treatment plan that includes a meal plan and lifestyle modifications. Meal plan is especially created for you and your needs according to the stage in pregnancy you’re in and it reflects the nutritional requirements

  • A safe space to share your worries, fears and dreams of pregnancy and motherhood.

  • Simple and effective lifestyle changes that will carry you through pregnancy and motherhood.

  • A safe space to share any fears or worries, your goals and wishes and to establish yourself as a mother.

  • Postpartum planning.

You’re pregnant and want to nourish yourself and your baby with whole foods and quality supplements so you’re ready to take on motherhood feeling strong.​

You’re experiencing various pregnancy symptoms and can’t find any relief and are looking for natural and holistic ways to manage them.

My packages acknowledge that making changes to your health and lifestyle takes time and commitment from my clients and myself. Meaningful change takes time and effort, be willing to take it slow and honour your body.

  • WHO THIS IS FOR
  • HOW THIS WORKS
  1. We will have a complimentary consultation call first so we can get to know each other, explain how I work and tell me what your expectations are. 

  2. We will book you into a programme and you will be emailed a health questionnaire and a food diary. All these need to be complete prior to our session. 

  3. During the initial consultation, I will go through your medical history, diet, lifestyle habits, your sleep, stress levels, current symptoms and more. 

  4. 3-4 days after our session you'll be emailed a full nutrition plan with a detailed meal plan, lifestyle habits, recipes, specific exercises and more. 

  5. Until our next follow up session, I will be available via email at all times for you, any question or support, I'm here for you.

You have many decisions to make over the course of your pregnancy, it's important to make your nutrition a priority as well. I will help you cut through the noise, tune into your needs and intuition and prepare you for motherhood. You’ll feel empowered and confident having tools and knowledge to care for your health and your family’s as well as setting the ground for a healthy postpartum.
